All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. statutory holidays.
Once the package leaves our warehouse, we will send a tracking number to your email address.

Shipping within the United States

We ship to all 50 U.S. states.

Shipping to Canada

We ship to all provinces and territories in Canada.
Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days after shipment

3. Important Customs Information for Canadian Orders

Packages shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, GST/HST, and brokerage fees levied by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA).
The customer is responsible for all customs fees incurred upon the package’s arrival.
We do not cover import taxes, duties, or brokerage fees for Canadian orders. We cannot predict or control delays caused by customs clearance.

4. Shipping Disclaimer

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Deliveries may be delayed due to factors such as weather conditions, carrier service disruptions, peak holiday periods, or customs inspections for cross-border shipments.
Once the carrier marks the order status as “Delivered,” we are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please carefully verify your shipping address at checkout. Any address correction fees charged by the carrier due to address issues will be the responsibility of the buyer. ## 5. Order Modifications
